Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is flexible- we understand that in this current climate that things can change overnight, all that we ask is that you let us know with as much notice as possible.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Aosta Wanderlust, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract.  Aosta Wanderlust, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Aosta Wanderlust from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

The Aosta Wanderlust is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Aosta Wanderlust and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of it, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in it for the resolution of any disputes.

General Information


By visiting our website certain information is transmitted to us, for example IP-address, type and version of your web-browser, operating system, the website you came from and the time of your visit. This data cannot be used by us to identify individual visitors. The data is exclusively used to improve the popularity, content and functionality of our website. Whenever we collect personal or business data (e-mail address, name, address) this is provided by the visitor on a purely voluntary basis.

Booking & Payment Policy

Whilst requesting to book a tour on aostawanderlust.com, you’ll be asked to provide some personal information that will be collected through our email form, in order to administer your bookings and ensure you get the best service possible. Names, preferred contact details, and information about your booking are the main details you will be asked for. Payments can be made in cash or in advance via bank transfer to IBAN IT45 M030 6901 2051 0000 0072 797. If you do decide to pay via bank transfer, we will need to keep your name and payment info for 5 years in accordance with tax return practices in Italy, and then it will be deleted.

Third Parties Policy


We will not share any personal information, unless otherwise explicitly stated, with third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so or the transfer of data is necessary in order to complete a service you request. Whenever our service providers come into contact with your data, we make sure that they are just as careful with the information. Please read the data protection policies of the service providers; we make every reasonable effort to ensure they follow the legal requirements.

Accessing Or Changing Your Personal Data

Please write ‘Request personal data’ in the subject line of your email. If the personal data we have for you is incorrect, we will update it at your request. Google Tag Manager
